Most women who date married men started the relationship with the assumption that there was no wife in the picture. Men that are married and cheating on their wife are just that, cheaters.
You should learn to look for the signs that will tell you that he is married.
While there are women out there that will continue the relationship even after they find out that the man is married, this is something you should not try to pursue, at least until he is single and can prove he is either divorced or getting one.
Below are some of the tell tale signs that the man you are dating is either in a relationship or is married.
He will avoid taking you to public places near where he lives as he will be trying to ensure his wife doesn't find out.
He will not tell you where he works for fear that you will go to his work and his co workers will find out and tell his wife.
He can only call you at certain times; this is either when he is at
work or away from his family.
He will not give you a home phone number, after all he doesn't want you to find out he has a wife and possibly kids at home.
Keep in mind that he will most likely do the same thing to you that he is doing to his wife. Put yourself in his wife's shoes. You would not want your husband cheating on you. Not to mention the fact that there might be children involved.
You are not the only one in the relationship that will get hurt; his family will be hurt worse then you. This type of relationship can take a toll on you and you need to be prepared for that should you find yourself in this type of situation.
Make sure that you keep the lines of communication open between you and your partner and watch for the signs that will tell you he is married. He might claim to work out of town as well so be careful with situations such as that.
He may be telling his wife the same thing, that he works out of town so he can come to see you then he tells you he is going back to work so he can be with his family. If he is telling you that the marriage is over and is wife knows then he should have no trouble showing you off in public.
Another line that he may use to keep hidden is that he doesn't want to hurt his kids. You can suggest that he keep sometime separate for his kids that way they don't see the two of you together but it is not necessary for you to stay out of public places.
Be sure to put an end to the relationship immediately and be clear that you will not continue it until he dissolves the marriage. Tell him you wan things to be on the up and up so that the two of you can have a good solid relationship should it move forward.
